Great parts: 1) the room I had was bigger than normal and bigger than what I expected for the price; 2) the fact that a window in my room can be opened (although to limited extent )to allow fresh air in was a big plus ; 3) the air conditioning was easy to operate and function well; 4) the breakfast has great variety, quality and taste of food were beyond my expectation - I believe anything cooked was cooked by real Chefs for 5 star hotel; 5) Staff at the counter are all friendly, particularly Macy, who is efficient and knowledgable…. I was very happy and pleased therefore chosen to stay more days with upgrade of room.

The location was good. They had non smoking rooms which is really good to have when you're in China. The breakfast was good. For me everything was good about this place.

There is a metro station right outside the hotel, which is very handy. The room is spacious. Bed is very comfortable.

Our room has great views and ambience of Xuanwu Lake. The peaceful surroundings made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The metro station next to the hotel provides good access to various attractions in Nanjing city. We would like to extend our grateful appreciation to Ms. Lv for her impeccable service and support, Ms. Bella Feng for her attentiveness, and meticulous housekeeping team.

I want to thank the staff especially Vincent for being extremely polite and welcoming. Hotel’s location is very convenient for sightseeing, the room is big enough with comfortable bed, breakfast are amazing.

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and satisfied Western palates as well as Chinese. And the location was brilliant. When we were there the cherry blossom was out and we were able to walk every day on Purple Mountain and then take the underground, which is very conveniently situated almost next door to the hotel, into town to eat out.
